Our Warranty
Every Avynity Bridge product includes a 2-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
What Is Covered
- Gas-spring mechanism failure under normal use
- Structural defects in the arm, joints, or mounting hardware
- Manufacturing defects affecting the product's intended function
What Is NOT Covered
- Improper installation or exceeding rated weight/size capacity
- Physical damage from dropping, impact, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear — scratches, scuffs, cosmetic deterioration
- Modification or alteration of the product
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Commercial or industrial use
- Damage to monitors, TVs, walls, desks, or other property
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers
Non-Transferable
Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of original purchase is required for all claims.
Claim Process
Submit a claim via our Warranty Claim Form or email hello@avynitybridge.com with subject "Warranty Claim". Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos. We respond within 3–5 business days.
Note: Warranty claims are for genuine manufacturing defects only — not dissatisfaction or change of mind. Items returned under warranty claim found to have no defect or to have been damaged through misuse will not receive a replacement.
Replacements
Approved claims receive a replacement component or product at our discretion. Replacements carry the remainder of the original warranty — not a new 2-year term.
