How We Ship
All direct orders ship via ShipTime — giving us access to Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and Canpar. Every order includes full tracking so you always know where your package is.
Where We Ship
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. We do not currently ship outside Canada.
Processing Time
Orders processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.

These are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to weather.
Damaged in Transit
Email hello@avynitybridge.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. Damage reported after 48 hours may not qualify for a claim.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, check with neighbours and safe-drop locations first. If still not found, email hello@avynitybridge.com within 5 business days of the tracked delivery date.
Amazon.ca & Walmart.ca Orders
Orders via Amazon.ca or Walmart.ca follow their respective shipping policies. This policy applies to direct orders only.
