Return Window
We accept return requests within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after 15 days will not be accepted under any circumstance.
Eligibility — All Conditions Must Be Met
- Item in original, unused condition — uninstalled, no signs of mounting or use
- All original packaging intact — inner box, outer carton, foam inserts, accessories
- All included hardware present — bolts, plates, cables, instruction guides
- Valid proof of purchase — order number or receipt
- Request submitted within the 15-day window
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been installed, mounted, or show any signs of use
- Products with missing hardware, accessories, or damaged packaging
- Products returned without an approved RMA number
- Orders outside the 15-day window
How to Initiate a Return
Email hello@avynitybridge.com with subject "Return Request". Include your order number, reason for return, and photos showing the item in its current condition. We review within 2 business days and issue an RMA number if approved. Do not ship without an approved RMA — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refund issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item does not meet all eligibility requirements on inspection, no refund will be issued and the item will be returned to the sender at their cost.
Damaged on Arrival
Report within 48 hours of delivery to hello@avynitybridge.com with photos. Damage reported after 48 hours may not qualify.
Amazon.ca & Walmart.ca Orders
Orders placed through Amazon.ca or Walmart.ca must follow their respective return processes. This policy applies to direct orders from avynitybridge.com only.
